NUTRITION COACHING

Personalised nutrition coaching - $55 per week

Having worked with many clients with both body composition and performance based goals, this coaching option is for you if you want to get the most out of your athletic performance while also looking your best. This option includes weekly check ins, unlimited email support, meal recommendations and macro targets. 

We are well aware that regular weigh ins, progress photos or rigorous tracking can sometimes be counterproductive for an individual's fitness outcomes. For this reason, we strive to be dynamic in how we approach nutrition coaching; continuously strengthening our understanding of the client so that we can continue to improve the effectiveness of our coaching.

ONLINE TRAINING

Personalised training program - $55 per week

 

(inclusive of powerlifting competition day handling)

A personalised training program delivered via Google Sheets and updated weekly, tailored to your fitness goals. This also includes unlimited exercise technique reviews and email correspondence. In my experience, the best results for the athlete are achieved when effective communication channels between coach and client are created. This communication and constructive feedback is the foundation of what this training option is built on.

Combine training & nutrition options - $89 pw

(inclusive of powerlifting and physique competition day handling)

Combine both training and nutrition options to take the guesswork out of your fitness outcomes. With this option, you will be working closely with one of our coaches who will guide you through the process of how to optimise  your health and training output.
