With over a decade of training experience, Jack has a track record of delivering consistent PBs in his lifters. He is passionate about helping seasoned and junior lifters achieve excellence while maintaining a sustainable and healthy mindset towards their sport.

Emilie Lewis - Powerlifting coach & personal trainer

Emilie has worked with many new lifters and loves helping women use the gym to build confidence in themselves inside and outside the gym. As a fulltime corporate lawyer, she knows all about balancing the desire to improve at the gym while balancing a busy schedule.
